tep into the world of cattle ranching... for a day or a lifetime. Chimney Peak Ranch runs an efficient, productive cow/calf operation, with all residences, facilities, equipment, and livestock in place. Managed and maintained year-round by a knowledgeable, on-site staff, the Ranch offers an opportunity to experience the cowboy lifestyle without the worries of day-to-day ranch management.

Residences include a virtually new, fully furnished 5,013 sq. ft. ranch headquarters/main home and a 4,232 sq. ft., 5-bedroom guest home, both in superior condition and perfect for entertaining family, friends, or business associates. Four well-maintained employee homes are also located on the ranch, each with three or more bedrooms.

Equine enthusiasts will enjoy the 2,654 ft. horse stable, complete with four stalls, office, restroom, tack room, grain room, and attached loafing shed. A lighted arena, corrals, and ample pastures round out this splendid horse facility. Ranch operations utilize a 3,131 sq. ft. calving barn, a 3,720 sq. ft. equipment storage and shop facility, four hay sheds, two loafing sheds, and numerous other improvements - all in excellent shape.

Chimney Peak Ranch maintains 256 acres of lush, flood-irrigated hay meadows which provide feed for livestock during winter months. For summer and fall grazing, 26,000 acres of mountain rangeland (adjacent to the deeded ranch) are exclusively leased from the U.S. Forest Service. This allows optimum grazing year-round for 578 cow/calf pairs. Typically, the cattle will naturally move to lower elevations as weather and grazing conditions change, reducing man-hours and lowering operation costs.
